What this site collects
The contact form asks for your name, email address, your child's age range, and a message. You choose what to share in the message — please include only the detail you're comfortable sending. This site does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing pixels.
How your information is used
Contact form submissions are delivered directly to The Village SLC by email and used only to respond to your inquiry and coordinate care. They are not stored in a database, sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing lists.
Children's information
Messages often describe a child's development or health. That information is treated as confidential, used only for the purpose you sent it, and never published or shared. Formal health records created during care are handled separately under applicable healthcare privacy requirements and are not part of this website.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets a single, temporary browser value so the loading animation plays once per visit. It identifies nothing about you and expires when you close your browser.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of anything you've sent through this site at any time by emailing kristi@thevillageslc.com. You can also call or text (801) 810-9726 instead of using the form.
